What we offer in our holiday package
Our typical holiday package includes 7 nights half board accommodation at the chosen 4 or 5 star hotel, 5 rounds of golf on the particular courses stated, and 7 days car hire, with all prices based on 2 people sharing an Economy 2 door car and twin bedded (or double) room.
We are happy to tailor your booking in anyway to meet your requirements, i.e. alter the golf package, upgrade the car hire or hotel room, and will advise you of the change in price accordingly. We would also be happy to give you a price for a holiday of less/more than 7 nights accommodation.
We have only shown a sample price for each of our hotels (the lowest price for our typical holiday package) as a guideline and are confident that we can give you a very competitive quote when you contact us direct. We believe we are offering the best value for money in the Costa de la Luz area.
We know the golf courses and hotels we are using and will be able to advise should you have any specific queries relating to them.
We will also provide you with details of how to get to your hotel from the airport and areas of interest that you may wish to visit during your stay.
Car Hire
We use Holiday Autos for our car rental bookings. Our prices are based on 2 people sharing an Economy 2 door car (e.g. Fiat Punto or similar) which is of adequate size to enable you to get suitcases & golf clubs from the airport to the hotel (using the back seat where necessary). Upgrades are available at additional cost. For larger groups of people, we will recommend the most suitable car and any relevant price changes (whether up or down).

Flights
Our prices do not include flights as we believe most golfers are happy to arrange their own, and hence take advantage of the low cost airfares currently available to Faro e.g. Easyjet etc.. We will advise you of your options in terms of price and UK airports and you may wish to book directly with the airline or an agent and we will give you every assistance to do so.
If necessary, we will reserve your booking (subject to availability) for 24 hours awaiting for confirmation that you have booked your flight (See Making Your Booking & Flights in our Terms & Conditions)
Holiday Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking that you are adequately insured for your holiday and, therefore, we have organised a competitive insurance scheme available only to clients booking our holidays, with the Groupama Insurance Company Ltd registered in England: no 3805719 who are members of the Association of British Insurers and General Insurance Standards Council. We strongly recommend that you take out this insurance which has been carefully prepared to offer excellent cover at a reasonable price.
Your premium should be forwarded to us with your holiday deposit in order to ensure that you are covered under the holiday cancellation section of the insurance.
The full terms, conditions and exclusion clauses are incorporated within the insurance document which alone constitutes the contract of insurance between you the holidaymaker and the insurers. Set out below are brief details only. The insurance document will be sent to you with your confirmation of booking. You may inspect the insurance document and a copy will be sent to you on request.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are the basis of all contracts entered into by us with our customers. They may be varied or overridden only by written confirmation signed by a Director of Atlantic Golf Holidays Limited.
