This hotel is part of the prestigious Novo Sancti Petri residential development in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz), and just 400 metres from La Barrosa, one the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz. It backs on to the “Novo Sancti Petri” 36 hole golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros.
The hotel consists of 195 suites (large twin bedrooms with separate living room and terrace) all set away from the main 
reception & bar/restaurant area in small 2 storey blocks. All rooms have ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, air-conditioning, 2 satellite TVs (1 in bedroom & 1 in living room), direct dial telephone, minibar and safe.
The grounds have large attractive gardens and an extensive outdoor swimming pool. There is an indoor pool available in the winter.
The buffet restaurant is open between 07.30 & 10.30 am for breakfast and between 19.00 & 22.00 pm for dinner. The “Bar Hoya 19” (main bar & cafeteria) is open up until 23.30 with adult entertainment/live shows provided several days each week.
There is a local shopping centre within reasonable walking distance with various shops, bars and restaurants. In addition Chiclana de la Frontera is close by where you can enjoy a more traditional evening out. For a day off from golf, take a drive to the towns of Cadiz and Jerez or take a trip to Vejer de la Frontera, a beautiful old white walled village set high up in the hills.
The Villa Nuevo golf course
The hotel has its own golf course located in Puerto Real, about 25 mins drive away (or free transfer from hotel if required). The 18 hole course was opened at the end of spring 2006 and should quickly become a good holiday track. It is worth playing as part of the hotel package and you can upgrade to some of the other local courses if required.
