Sherry Golf Jerez Golf Resort opened in 2004 and prides itself as one of the longest courses in Spain.
The 6572m, par 72 course runs up and down a long sloping landscape and features many beautiful lakes, views over the sherry growing vineyards and plenty of bunkers. One in particular has been created in the shape of a horses head in reference to the world famous performing horses of the region. It has an American feel, with wide fairways, large greens and water hazards on many of the holes. The 13th (stroke index 1) is a 433 metre long par 4 with lakes on the left and right and has two thirds of the green surrounded by water. A demanding course for all levels with excellent practice facilities and also a 9 hole par 3 course.
After your round enjoy a beer and some food in their restaurant or the terrace grill. The course is located just off the motorway that runs from Jerez to El Puerto de Santa Maria and is only 2km away from the town of Jerez.
